You know, I grew up in a family of physicians. They were all atheists. I was told that life and all of creation was just a cosmic coincidence starting with the Big Bang many billion years ago.  I was also told that the recipe for success was all about hard work combined with a bit of luck and co-incidence.

I grew up to become an atheist too and I worked hard to succeed. After my years at University I ended up working for a big, international company in the pharmaceutical industry. Looking back I see now that I was a very closed-minded person. I was not open to any information related to body, mind and soul. I had my view of the world and that was it.

Then everything changed. I had some sort of awakening more than 10 years ago. I became extremely interested in finding out more about creation, who we are, what we are doing on this planet, where we come from and where we are going. What I did next was labelled foolish, crazy and drastic by many people. I quit my job so I could devote all my time to find answers to the Secret of Life. I went on a quest.

Later on I realised that this curiosity and urge to find answers to the mystery of life is the fist step to expand ones consciousness and awaken to ones soul (sole) purpose. Since my awakening I have been on an incredible inner and outer journey showing me The Bigger Picture of Reality. I have had the pleasure to meet, interview and also work with some very insightful, spiritual people – shamans, mediums, channelers, people with near-death experiences and also some spiritual gurus like Sri, Sri Ravi Shankar who is considered to be one of the most influential people in India.

For many years I have worked as an author and speaker on expanding peoples consciousness. My purpose in life is to show the bridge between science and spirituality – to show people that science is now catching up to what spiritual people have been saying all along – that we are spiritual beings with great powers to create. However, many scientists say that spirituality is just magical nonsense not rooted in reality. It makes no sense. There is no logic in it. In this regard I want to refer to Arthur C. Clarke´s quote about magic and science because it´s spot on:

“Magic is just science that we don’t understand yet.”

BODY

You have a body. You can see it. You can hear it. You can smell it. You can feel it. You can touch it. It´s so real. At the same time your body is made up of organ systems. Your organ systems are made up of organs. Your organs are made up of tissue. Your tissue are made up of cells. Your cells are made up of molecules. Your molecules are made up of atoms.

Cutting edge science has shown that atoms consist of 99,9999 % empty space, but this empty space is not empty. It´s filled with energy.

Atoms consist of particles and these particles are not made of any solid material substance as scientists once thought.

Dr. Fred Alan Wolf,  quantum physicist who was featured in the movie What The Bleep Do We Know? says:

When they particles are observed under a microscope, we never see any substance; we rather observe dynamic patterns, continually changing into one another–a continuous dance of energy. Of what is the body made? It is made of emptiness and rhythm. At the ultimate heart of the body, at the heart of the world, there is no solidity. Once again, there is only the dance. At the unimaginable heart of the atom, the compact nucleus, we have found no solid object, but rather a dynamic pattern of tightly confined energy vibrating…

Since everything in this Universe is made up of atoms then everything is energy. In other words, you are an energy being living in a sea of energy.

What you see around you is also energy. It only seems solid because we perceive it as solid. We perceive it as matter. Einstein realized that matter and energy are two sides of the same coin. What we call matter is really compressed energy. The following quote has been attributed to Albert Einstein:

“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.”

So matter is really an illusion. It´s not real.

As human beings we are in contact with other people, our surroundings and the universe through our five senses. We can´t reach the real “external world” by going beyond these senses. How can we then know that this world is the “real deal”? The answer is that our physical reality isn’t really physical at all.  We are being “fooled” by our senses. This video explains more:

Prof. Leonard Susskin, physicist Brian Greene and other scientist are talking about how our Universe might be a hologram. Their mathematical formulas and equations show that our Universe most likely is a gigantic hologram. They call their theory The Holographic Principle.

For spiritual people this is nothing new. They have been saying this for a long time. From 2009 and to 2012 I worked very closely with one of Scandinavia’s most powerful mediums and channelers Lilli Bendriss. We also published the book The Shift in Consciousness together. We did many trance sessions together where she went into trance and I asked questions. I also asked about our universe being a hologram.

Here is a passage from our book The Shift in Consciousness:

Camillo: Do we live in an illusion, in a holographic universe that has been designed so that we can experience and develop?

Lilli in trance: That is correct. Once again there is a downwardly-transformed truth that comes from outside what people are able to understand. For the holographic universe is like your understanding of the first dimension. The holographic universe develops at the same rate as the expansion of dimensional belonging.

The truth about the hologram appears different in the fifth dimension or on the fifth plane—different to the first plane. It is like when people observed the outside of the body hundreds of years ago without knowing what was inside it. They could dissect the body and look at the organs, but when X-rays were discovered it was possible to see through the body and realize that it had a bone structure.

Gradually more advanced equipment was invented which provided more information and could see through the bone structure, not just the form of the bones, but it was possible to go in and read the cells. In this way the world’s understanding of the body became much more complementary.

This also applies to understanding the hologram. It is now showing itself in its simplest form. Gradually as things develop in the human condition you will see that there is an even deeper understanding—intricate models—because the equipment that is able to measure and understand it was invented or activated by the human brain in cooperation with scientific instruments. The purpose is to break down everything into its component parts and see the smallest part that is in turn a black hole and the entrance to something new again. But at the moment this is far too complex and will not be sent through as information at humanity’s current stage of experience. This “hologram idea” might be very difficult for many people to accept because most people relate themselves to what they can see and touch. On the other hand, scientific evidence shows that the human body is an energy body. We DO consists of atoms and atoms are basically “empty”, but this emptiness is filled with energy – the energy dance Dr. Alan Wolf talks about.

You are an energy being and the body is your energy vehicle. It´s a vessel for the soul. The souls uses the body as its vehicle to gain experiences in this “playground” environment we call Earth.

MIND

400 years ago the French philosopher, scientist and mathematician René Decartes split mind and soul from body. This has been called “the mind-body dualism”. Since then it has been an unstated assumption that mind in terms of thoughts, consciousness and intention has no influence on our physical reality. Cutting edge research and scientific studies in the last decade shows that this assumption is no longer correct.

For the past decade scientific research with statistically significant results have been carried out showing that the human mind has power to influence physical reality.

Also, the research company Heartmath has scientifically proven that thoughts and feelings create electromagnetic fields and these influence the world around you.

In other words you are a powerful energy being and they way for you to navigate in this world of energy is through how you think and feel.
