People from all corners of the world are all seeking a certain state of being.
- Happy
- Accomplished
- Peaceful
- Harmonies
- Loving
- or other states
So, what´s the best way to achieve these states?
Well, most people are actually going about this in the opposite way of what´s the best way to achieve these states.
People believe if they “HAVE” a thing (more time, money, love etc.) then they can finally “DO” a thing (write a book, take up a hobby, buy a home, undertake a relationship) which will allow them to “BE” a thing (happy, peaceful, accomplished, content, in love etc).
But , the Universe doesn´t really operate like this. Having something and doing something doesn´t guarantee a certain state of being.
Circumstances do not determine your state of being. Your state of being determines your circumstances.
In other words, the inner world creates the outer world through the creation process which involves three steps:
1. thought
2. word
3. deed (action)
Everything that´s been created by man was first a thought. That´s why thought is the starting point of creation, but what´s the energy or force behind the thought?
What´s the thought behind the thought?
It´s linked to our subconscious mind and how we have been conditioned since birth by the external environment.
So you already have a certain state of being which is linked to what resides in your subconscious mind. This is setting up Your Personal Frequency.
Your frequency will determine the outcome you get – the results you achieve and the reality you experience.
Most people are not aware of this so they are creating from a state of being that might be unhappy, dissatisfied, not content and so on.
Let´s say Mr. X is in a state of being that is: “I´m unhappy”.
This state will then be the energy or force that drives his creation process.
He will then be creating from an unhappy state and this will just bring more of the same.
Why?
Because the Universe is nothing more than a sophisticated copying machine responding to our personal frequency.
The state of being you´re in will determine the reality you will experience.
So how do you get what you want?
What is the “solution”?
You must reverse the have-do-be process.
You have the power to go straight to being because you are born with a great creative faculty called imagination.
“Be” the thing called “happy” (or “accomplished,” or “content” etc.) then start “doing” things from this place of beingness.
This way the energy or force behind your thought, word and action will give you the things you’ve always wanted to “have.”
That´s why the expression “an attitude of gratitude” is spot on.
If you can appreciate what you have and be thankful for it you change your state of being.
In other words, when you change your frequency you also change your communication with the Universe.
Since the Universe is “picking up” your frequency you are going to get more to be grateful for – more to appreciate.
That´s also why appreciating the now-moment is so powerful. It changes your state of being.
Look at what it is you want to “have”, and then ask yourself how you will feel and “be” if you “had” that, then go straight to being.
You can do this because you can imagine how it will feel like to have what you want to have. When you do this over and over again your chemistry in your body changes. You start to create new neural networks in the brain and this will release neurotransmitters going into the blood stream and into every cell changing your energy-signature and frequency.
If you want more money – how would you feel if you had tons of it?
If you want to be in love – how would you feel if you were in that state of being?
If you want to be a successful author – how would you feel when you reached that goal?
If you want to start our own thriving business – how would you feel when this dream came true?
And so on.
The inner world dictates the outer world.
Our state of being (our frequency) is what drives the creation process so trying to create a new state of being by “getting things” through the have-do-be process is hard work.
Even if people use the have-do-be process and manage to reach their goals there is no guarantee that this will change their state of being.
Havingness doesn´t automatically produce beingness.
That´s why many have-do-be people who seek success are not feeling a big difference after they have become successful.
Often the most successful people in the world come from a place of passion. They are not following the have-do-be process because passion fuels the engine of creation.
Passion is the love of turning being into action.
In other words, the energy or force behind you thoughts, words and actions is coming from a state of being that will give you the things you’ve always wanted to “have.”
So, listen to your heart and intuition and set your goals from passion.
