Question: I can’t download my files. What should I do?
Answer: Make sure you’re right clicking on the download link and selecting ‘Save Target As’ or ‘Save Link As’. If you don’t do this, the file will open in your browser window.
Question: I can’t open my files! What should I do?
Answer: Most computers will already have the required software to open all the download files. If you can’t open one of the files, follow the instructions below.
All of our ebooks are .pdf format. To open .pdf files, use Adobe Reader software. It’s free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
All audio files are .mp3 format. Most computers will have audio software. If an .mp3 file doesn’t open on your computer, get Apple Itunes for free at https://www.apple.com/itunes/ or get another free player. All our videos are embedded from our Vimeo Pro video account and should play fine from all web browsers.
