<p><strong>Question: I can&#8217;t download my files. What should I do?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Answer:</strong> Make sure you&#8217;re right clicking on the download link and selecting &#8216;Save Target As&#8217; or &#8216;Save Link As&#8217;. If you don&#8217;t do this, the file will open in your browser window.</p>
<p><strong><br />
Question: I can&#8217;t open my files! What should I do?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Answer:  </strong>Most computers will already have the required software to open all the download files. If you can&#8217;t open one of the files, follow the instructions below.</p>
<p><strong>Ebooks:</strong><br />
All of our ebooks are .pdf format. To open .pdf files, use Adobe Reader software. It&#8217;s free at  <a href="http://get.adobe.com/reader/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">http://get.adobe.com/reader/</a></p>
<p><strong>Audios:</strong><br />
All audio files are .mp3 format. Most computers will have audio software. If an .mp3 file doesn&#8217;t open on your computer, get Apple Itunes for free at https://www.apple.com/itunes/ or get another free player. All our videos are embedded from our Vimeo Pro video account and should play fine from all web browsers.</p>
